Adding a new Endpoint

Some endpoints, such as RSS/CAP feeds, web widgets, and social media feeds will allow you to create multiple instances of the endpoint. 

For example, you might need one RSS feed for one campus and a second for another campus of your organization. With two distinct feeds, you can target each feed individually.

To create new endpoints, open Endpoints and then click Add new endpoint.

Then simply select the desired endpoint from the available list* and give your new endpoint a name.

The Endpoint name is what you will see displayed when selecting the "How" as you compose a new message. 

The name you assign is up to your discretion. Typically, the name should be something that reflects how the endpoint will be used. For example, an RSS feed that will post to a digital sign might best be named "Digital Signs".

When ready, click Add endpoint to add the endpoint.

Once added, you will need to configure the endpoint. See Configuring an Endpoint

Note: The total number of instances of each delivery endpoint will depend on your purchased options from Omnilert. In most cases, you will be able to create up to 3 instances of each endpoint, unless otherwise noted in your service agreement.
