Omnilert Engage allows your outgoing messages to solicit subscriber responses and, most importantly, then send follow-ups to subscribers based on those responses.
Question details
Questions and responses are shown on the right-hand side of the display for the selected engagement. The display will include details about how many subscribers were sent this question as well as responses received.
Response details
You'll note that the number of total responses (and percentage of total subscribers messaged) will display next to each response option. These totals will update on the fly as subscribers respond.
Simply click on a map pin to view more details about the subscriber who responded. The details will include any active/valid SMS, Voice, or Email address in their subscriber record. You can click on the number/address to directly contact the subscriber from your device.
The icons to the right of each response option displayed indicate the status of subsequent optional follow-ups to each response.
A carrot (>) icon indicates that there has been a follow-up sent already.
A crosshair icon (⨁) indicates that there has not been a follow-up sent yet. (Click the crosshair to compose a follow-up question/message for those responses.)
The bell icon is used to re-send a push notification to subscribers who have not yet responded. (This feature requires the subscriber to use the iOS or Android app and allow push notifications from Omnilert.)
If the original message was sent with the "Request subscriber location" option enabled, then Omnilert will display a map. Map pins will indicate the location of any devices that permit Omnilert to view their location. These pins will be color-coordinated with the responses received.
View Response Roster
To view a list of the subscribers for each response to a question (or the "No Response" list), simply click on the number of responses shown to the right of the desired response.
Omnilert will then display a list of the subscribers who submitted that response to your question as well as information about read/response times. (Hover your mouse over a response to see the exact timestamp.)
