By default, the most recent 50 events (messages, priority alerts, etc.) will remain visible in the Messages tab of the Omnilert app for 7 days.
However, message expiration can be adjusted by the event expiration setting.
Access this setting on the Endpoints > Omnilert App endpoint's "Configuration" tab.
When enabled, this setting lets you control how long items remain published in the Omnilert App. This setting accepts an interval value of up to 120 days. If the setting is disabled, there will be no time limit for displaying older messages.
The setting has the following parameters:
- Enable event expiration: Turns the expiration feature on/off.
- Event expiration window: Set a whole number of minutes/hours/days. After the interval passes, events will no longer appear in the Omnilert app for your subscribers.
- Interval: Sets the expiration interval in minutes, hours, or days.
