How to export Omnilert message delivery info

After a message has been sent, you can view its delivery information on the Omnilert Timeline. 

Click on a message in the Timeline to view its delivery details. (See video)

The delivery details will include status information for each endpoint that was sent a message. Delivery endpoints that send to phones or email addresses will include a sprocket icon with options to search the results or export data. 

Choose Export Details to generate an export file of the delivery info.

Next, go to the Downloads page to download the exported data. Your export will be a CSV file. 

When viewed in Excel, your export information will include details about the delivery of messages to each subscriber device.
