Platform Updates

The main menu in Omnilert includes a section to view any current system update notifications. This section will display any notices about new updates to Omnilert. 

If there are any active/new notices, you will see a red indicator (shown below) to draw your attention to the Platform Updates / System Notices section.

New/unread notifications will show a "new" icon next to their title in red. 

Once a notice has been reviewed, it can be marked as read by clicking the Mark as read button for the appropriate notice.

Omnilert Community Forum

To keep up on the latest updates to the Omnilert system, visit the "Platform Updates" Community forum within this website.  The Omnilert team will regularly post announcements and details about new features and updates to the service.  (Click the "Follow" button to subscribe to that forum and receive updates whenever new posts appear.)

Omnilert Network Status Notifications

For more information about the Omnilert network's system status, be sure to visit and subscribe to the Omnilert network status page at http://status.omnilert.net/ 

Critical system status notices will also appear as popups when logging into the administrator portal with links to the Omnilert status site.
