New permissions option: Show/hide "Simulator Mode" for custom admins.
First, I hope this post finds you well and safe during these trying times.
Omnilert has added a new permissions option to show/hide the "Simulator Mode" function for custom admins.
All of Omnilert's default sending admin roles (Super Admin, Group Admin, Content Admin, etc.) will be able to access Simulator Mode on their profile pages.
However, if you've already created Custom Roles, you might need to make a small edit to see this function. (Depending on how extensively you'd edited your custom role in the past.)
It's an easy edit to make.
So, if your custom admins can't see "Simulator Mode" in their My Profile settings when they should see it, here's how to fix that:
- Log in as a Super Admin
- Go to Settings > Admin Roles > Active
- Click on the desired role's name on the list of custom roles.
- Go to the tab for "Permissions" and search for the word 'simulator'
- Then just check the box for 'profile.tab.simulator'
As always, let us know if you need any assistance.
Thanks,
Scott
