Omnilert Desktop app- Log in option will not come up.

Omnilert will not bring up the log in portion of the program Desktop version. It shows as running in the Task Manager but still no log in. I am used to seeing the login grey section on the right of the screen. Running windows 11. Multiple reinstall and reinstalled OS while leaving data from drive. I am stumped. Any ideas?
