    • What is the Insider Program at Omnilert?
      The Omnilert Insider Program is a group of trusted customer partners from across industries who we’ll reach out to periodically during our development process for insight into common use cases of the platform and your role, to share feedback on future capabilities through feature previews, and to join targeted Beta opportunities.

    • Who will be a part of the Insider Program?
      The Insider Program is made up of many customer organizations with members of varying organizational roles—from those who only send communications, to those responsible for software integrations, to safety, technical and communication leaders, and their organizational stakeholders with daily or infrequent engagement with the Omnilert Platform.

    • What does it mean to participate in the Insider Program?
      After completing a short survey to understand more about you and your organization’s use of the Omnilert platform, we’ll be in touch to discuss your needs and share future Omnilert features and functionality based on your organization’s unique profile and the features that interest you most.    

    • Will my Omnilert interface change while part of the Insider Program?
      No part of your Omnilert experience will change as a result of being added to the Insider Program. During the course of your time within the Program, there may be targeted opportunities to join new feature Betas that may affect your Omnilert interface, however, only with your organization’s prior permission and awareness, only for a limited time and with the ability for it to be turned off upon your request. 

    • How will I know when I'm entered into the program?
      After submitting your survey, we’ll review your details and confirm your inclusion via a welcome email with opportunities to discuss future Omnilert features and functionality. 

    • Will I need supervisor/manager permission to participate in the Insider Program?
      You may, however, note that the program is exclusively focused on you and your organization’s current use and future Omnilert platform needs. All feedback you provide will be used for the purpose of gaining a better understanding of how and why you use the features, tools, and processes you do for your safety and operational needs. 

    • What sorts of things should I expect from engaging with the Insider Program?
      The program will provide a number of ways for you to engage with the Omnilert team—short surveys, product interviews, feature opinion polls, needs assessment questionnaires, or Feature betas. If identified through these tools as a good match for specific planned features we’ll reach out to you for interest in collaborating with us on new features and functionality.
    • Can I leave the Insider Program once I'm enrolled?
      Yes. The program is entirely optional and removal from it as an organization or as an individual within your organization can be done by submitting this form to unenroll.   
    • How do I share feedback with the Omnilert Insider Program?
      Often feedback will be captured through short surveys, other times we’ll request to speak more in-depth based on your responses regarding current and future needs for new or existing features and functionality. Insiders will also be added to a group where you can send and receive emails about the feature areas we’re focusing on or the previews we’ve shared. And don’t worry, you’ll be able to control how often you receive emails from the group.  
    • How much time should I expect to share as part of the Insider Program?
      After an initial survey, a typical Insider Program survey should take about three minutes to complete, and should not be more frequent than once every couple of months. Further engagement opportunities to talk with the team, review and share feedback on current or unreleased features, or to provide feedback on beta features may be more of a time commitment. You are welcome, however, to share your feedback openly via the group as you desire. 
    • Will Omnilert share any of my information or opinions outside of the Program?
      No. The Insider Program is for Omnilert customers only. If there are any opportunities to share your insight beyond the bounds of the program, you will be expressly asked and it will be dependent on your prior approval.

    • How do I join the Insider Program at Omnilert?
      Simply fill out this form letting us know more about you, your organization’s current use of the platform, and some areas you would be interested in participating in or providing feedback on.
