Omnilert Engage Workflow Enhancements
We're happy to announce several new features available now for all Omnilert Engage customers aimed at providing more context and reportability into all Engagements.
- Engage Response Roster enables administrators with the ability to see the list of Subscribers associated with any Response Option, or the group of Subscribers who have not responded to a given Engagement. This information is available visually within the Omnilert Engage interface and as a downloadable CSV.
- Subscriber Records access: The contact information and group associations of a Subscriber are now also available directly on the map if locations were requested and from the Response Roster. This means, that you are not only able to collect discrete responses to the questions or status you share with your Subscribers but can now isolate which specific Subscriber responded in what specific way and see on a map, where each Subscriber was when they engaged with your message.
- Mobile map filtering: Issues that require communication and Mass Engagement with your Subscribers can happen at any time, not just when you're at your desk. The mobile-optimized version of Engage was crafted to account for the reduced dexterity and screen real estate of a mobile device by providing a full-screen map view, and filters to show just the mapped responses you're focused on. As on desktop, Subscriber records access on mobile gives you the ability to identify and reach out to Subscribers directly via the map, or the Response Roster.
These powerful new capabilities will help isolate those in need, from those who require less urgent attention, enable you to immediately reach out to Subscribers in harm's way, and report on or share response status with CSV exports.
We hope you find these updates helpful and as always look forward to your feedback.
