Omnilert's Voice Calling service allows you to adjust the CallerID phone number displayed on recipient's phone.
To adjust the setting, log in as an administrator and open the Network tab.
Scroll down to your VOICE service and click Configure to view the configuration for voice, which includes the CallerID setup.
Some things to keep in mind:
- Your Caller ID must be a 10-digit US number.
- Some numbers are restricted from use in CallerID. (Federal agency numbers, Police numbers, 911, etc.)
- The actual text that recipients will see for the incoming call is determined by their phone's address book or their local phone provider.
