You can't. You create a separate admin account for them.
In Omnilert, Admins and Users are kept completely separate, with their own usernames, passwords, and login prompts.
This is a common security measure used to prevent any possibility of an end-user accidentally accessing the administrative portal.
- Use different browsers. If you wish to log into both a User (subscriber) and an Admin, use two separate browser brands for each. This will keep any login sessions separate so that logging in as one type doesn't block the other. For example, log into one account using Chrome and the other with Firefox or Safari, etc.
- Keep your admin usernames and passwords separate! Don't use the same username/password for both your user (subscriber) and admin access to Omnilert. This could lead to confusion if/when passwords change or are forgotten.
- Require strong passwords. There is an option on the Omnilert Account page to force admins to use more complex passwords.
